Delivering Quality
We want the services that the Coalition provides to be high quality and to improve all the time. As part of this commitment, the Coalition is working towards achieving a Quality Standard which covers three key areas:
- About People: We value, egage, protect and develop our staff, volunteers and stakeholders.
- About Integrity: We govern our organisation and conduct ourselves in a fair, accountable, robust way and our responsible for our actions.
- About Performance: We are commited to delivering safe, appropriate, quality services that are fit for purpose.
In all of these areas we will work to tackle disrcimination and we do not tolerate prejudice.
